- Home Modification – Changes to your home, like ramps or bathroom redesigns, to make it safer and easier to live in.
- Community Nursing Care – Nursing services at home, including wound care, medication, health monitoring, and chronic condition management.
- Daily Tasks / Shared Living – Support with everyday tasks and shared living arrangements to build independence in a group setting.
- Innovative Community Participation – Activities that build skills, confidence, and social connections through community involvement.
- Development Life Skills – Training to develop daily living, social, and problem-solving skills for greater independence.
- Household Tasks – Assistance with domestic chores like cleaning, laundry, and cooking to manage your home environment.
- Participate Community – Support to join social, recreational, and community activities that encourage inclusion and participation.
- Plan Management – Financial management of your NDIS plan, including invoice payments, budget tracking, and provider choice.
